Where is Camberwell Hockey Club?
Camberwell Hockey Club is based at the leafy Matlock Reserve, located at 15 Carinda Road, Canterbury. Our secondary ground is located at Koonung Secondary College, Mont Albert North.
What facilities do you have?
Camberwell Hockey Club features the most advanced player and supporter facilities of any hockey club in the country, having recently finished a complete reconstruction of our club rooms.

JUNIORS
Pre-season training will commence on the week beginning Monday 2nd March for all U8 to U16 players HV Competition players.
Pre-season training will operate at the following time-slots.

In-season Training
During Terms 2 and 3 Junior training will operate at the following time-slots, noting Koonung sessions will commence 20th April:
We understand how busy family schedules can be and ask that players prioritise the ‘team-focused’ session, which will always be held at our Matlock ground, and If available, we strongly encourage players to also attend the second ‘individual skills-focused’ session at Koonung.

Just Hockey are our exclusive uniform partner, distributing all Camberwell playing and supporter gear. Playing uniform is the same for all players including juniors (with men’s and women’s variants) other than our two Premier League teams who wear club owned aspirational strips.

Are Dogs Allowed?
Yes! Recent policy changes mean you are more than welcome to bring your dog along to Matlock Reserve. Only two quick rules - No dogs inside or on the pitch, and they must be on a lead and under owner control at all times.
Is there Car Parking?
Car parking around Matlock Reserve is limited, however we do have two small car parking areas adjacent to our facility. Please be mindful of neighbours and small children when parking at the facility.
Match Times?
Match times depend on the team you or your child are selected in. U14s & U16s play on Friday nights, U8s, U10s and U12s on Saturday Mornings, and Hook in 2 Hockey on Saturday mornings Term 1 and 4. Senior teams play on Saturday or Sunday afternoons, depending on league and ground availability.
