Frequently Asked Questions

1. Does this Replace the Non-Playing Memberships?
   Non-playing memberships allow those who are over eighteen years of age and not a registered Camberwell player to become a member of the club with full voting rights and the ability to serve on Committees and our Board. Non-playing memberships will continue to be available however this Supporter Membership provides the same rights and is better value.
   

2. What kind of Drinks Can I Redeem Credits For?
   1 credit can be redeemed for a soft-drink, tea or coffee or bar drinks such as standard mixers, beer and wine. You must be eighteen or older to redeem credits for alcoholic drink and responsible service will apply.
   

3. Can I Top-Up My Card With Additional Credits?
   Yes. The Extended package comes with 20 included credits while the standard package comes with zero credits. The cards are the same and you can top up with multiples of 20 credits at The Well. In 2020, 20 credits can be purchased for $100.00
   

4. Will My Credits Expire?
   Yes. Please enjoy redeeming your credits during the 2020 season. All credits will expire after 30th September 2020.
   

5. Can I Purchase a Supporter Package as a Gift?
   Sure. Just give us the recipient’s name and email for the club registry. We won’t contact them or add them to our newsletter distribution until the New Year so we won’t spoil the surprise.
   

6. Can I Purchase this or Gift this to Someone Under Eighteen Years of Age?
   Yes. Please note however under our constitution those under eighteen years of age on 1st January 2020 cannot be granted Membership status.
   

7. Can I Return Unused Credits?
   Sorry No. The card and credits cannot be returned.
   

8. What If I Loose the Card?
   Let us know straight away and we’ll cancel your card and get you setup with a new one.
   
   

# Purchase of the Supporter Membership represents an Application for Membership under clause 6.7 of the club constitution.  Please note under clause 6.8 of the constitution the club may accept or reject any application and shall not be required or compelled to provide any reason for such acceptance or rejection. Where the club rejects an application the club shall refund $100 if received with this purchase less $5 transaction fees and the membership application shall be deemed rejected by the club.
